Delivery policy
Where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs and how you pay. These are the terms we work to every day — if anything here does not match what you were told, message us and we will put it right.

Same day, within 2 hours
- Seven days a week.
- Order between 10am and 9pm and it reaches you within 2 hours.
- Orders placed after 10pm are delivered the next day.

Same day, within 3 hours
- Two ordering windows a day: 10am to 12pm, and 8pm to 9pm.
- Order inside a window and it reaches you within 3 hours.
Sharjah
Rest of the UAE
Same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day
- Six working days a week. We are closed on Sunday.
- Order before 1pm and it is delivered the same day.
- Order after 1pm and it is delivered the next day.
Abu Dhabi · Al Ain · Ajman · Ras Al Khaimah · Fujairah · Umm Al Quwain
Applies everywhere
- Free delivery on every order over AED 350.
- Below that, delivery is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE.
- Minimum order AED 80.
- Pay on delivery: cash, card by payment link, or bank transfer.
- Card and payment-link orders add 5% government VAT.
- We deliver inside the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship abroad.
Age check
These are nicotine products, sold to adults of 18 and over. The rider checks Emirates ID on delivery and will not hand the order over without it.
If something goes wrong
If an order is late, incomplete or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 165 2004 or email info@terea365.com with your order reference. Sealed packs that have not been opened can be returned to the rider at the door — the return policy sets out the rest.
