IQOS TEREA Silver Tajikistan: A UAE Buyer's Guide

TEREA Silver Tajikistan is the mildest of the five Tajik-market sticks: dry, unsweetened tobacco with no menthol and no fruit. This guide is the part the product page cannot cover, which is what a Tajik carton should look like when the rider hands it over, how Silver reads against the other four flavours we stock, and what to do if 200 sticks turns out to be the wrong call.

IQOS TEREA Silver Tajikistan: A UAE Buyer's Guide

Before You Commit to Two Hundred Sticks

Silver is the mildest of the Tajik tobacco sticks: dry, unsweetened, with a hay-like note underneath it and nothing cooling anywhere in the draw. The product page walks through how it smokes in detail, so this guide starts where that leaves off, at the awkward part. Our listed price buys 200 sticks, not twenty.

Anyone moving across from a full-flavour cigarette is likely to find Silver thin, and dragging harder on it makes it worse rather than better; an even, unhurried pace is what this stick wants. Menthol smokers get nothing from it at all, because there is no cooling in it to find. If either of those describes you, buy Amber or Turquoise first and come back to Silver later.

A lighter taste is not a lighter dose. Each stick still carries 0.5 mg of nicotine. Nicotine is addictive, and these are for adults who already smoke. Most people who buy Silver by the box tell us they use it during the working day and keep something heavier for the evening, which is a description of how it gets used here rather than advice about how often to reach for one.

Work out the exit before you order a first box. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and ask which single packs are open that day, because twenty sticks answers the question for a fraction of the commitment. If you go straight to the box and it reads too quiet, the usual fix among our customers is to order Amber next and run the remaining Silver through the mornings, where a mild stick is least likely to disappoint. On quantity: two boxes is AED 240, still under the AED 350 free-delivery line, and a third clears it, which the buying section covers below.

Silver Against the Other Four Tajik Sticks

The Tajik range we carry is five boxes: Amber, Silver, Turquoise, Yellow and Purple Wave. Amber is the one people put Silver up against, and the difference between them is weight rather than roast. Both are plain tobacco with no cooling in either; Amber carries more body, a dry woody middle and a nutty finish, while Silver stays light and level from the first draw to the last. If you want the stick to make itself felt, Amber does that. If you want it to stay in the background, that is Silver.

Yellow is the closest neighbour on the tobacco side, the same light base with a citrus finish laid over it, and it is the one to try if Silver reads as too plain rather than too weak. Cooling lives in the other two boxes. Turquoise is the straight mint, moderate rather than icy, with the tobacco still present underneath it; Purple Wave puts dark berry behind the menthol and drinks sweeter for it. Neither is a stronger Silver. Moving to either is a change of direction, not a step up.

Rotating two or three boxes is normal among our regular customers, and Silver usually takes the daytime slot because it is the neutral one. Judging it on its own is harder than it sounds. Next to a fuller stick you can hear what Silver is doing; on its own, through a first pack, it can simply read as absent.

What a Tajik Carton Looks Like on Arrival

This box came off a line intended for the Tajik market, so the health warning and most of the label text are printed for that market rather than in English or Arabic. First-time buyers sometimes read that as a sign something is off. It is not. The market a box is made for changes the regulatory text on the outside, meaning the warning block, the duty marks and the importer line, and it leaves the TEREA branding, the flavour name and the silver-grey colour coding exactly where you expect them.

Here is what we actually look at when a batch is checked in. The outer wrap should be tight enough to squeak under a thumb, the ten packs should sit square with no rattle when the carton is tipped, and the foil should feel firm rather than giving under light pressure. Slack wrap and soft packs usually mean a box has spent time somewhere hot on the way to us, and those get held back instead of going out on a run. That matters more on Silver than on the rest of the range, because a stick this light has the least body to lose.

You can run the same checks yourself before you hand over any money, since nothing is charged until the rider is standing in front of you. Look at the printing on the outer carton, check the seal is unbroken, and press the side of the box. One box is 200 sticks, ten sealed packs of twenty, and AED 120 is the price for that full carton rather than for a single pack of twenty. If something looks wrong, decline it at the door. That is the whole point of paying on delivery.

Moving Between Origins, and What Customers Report

Customers who have bought Silver from more than one market do report differences, and we would rather say that plainly than claim every carton is identical. The stick format is the same and the device fit is the same, so a Tajik box and a Kazakh or Uzbek box both run in the same ILUMA. What people notice is smaller than the packaging suggests: a little more or less dryness in the finish, a batch that reads slightly fuller than the one before it.

We are careful about how far to take that. Nobody here is going to tell you the Tajik Silver is a different blend from another market's, because we have no way to stand behind a claim like that, and taste memory across a gap of weeks is not evidence. What we can tell you is which origin is on the shelf on any given day, and that is the useful half of the question.

If you have settled on one origin and want to stay with it, say so on WhatsApp before you order rather than after. Origins move in and out of stock in batches. We would rather tell you what is actually there than substitute quietly and have you find out at the door.

Device Fit and Heat, in Short

TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices, which covers the i One, i Prime and i Standard. They do not work in an IQOS 3 DUO or a lil SOLID, because those heat with a blade and take HEETS instead, and the product page sets out the reason if you want it in full.

On storage, the one Silver-specific point worth adding is that a dried-out mild stick loses what little body it had, so heat damage shows on Silver sooner than it shows on Amber. The general rules for a UAE summer are already set out in our post 10 Smart Ways to Protect Your TEREA Sticks From Dubai Heat, and there is nothing gained by restating them here.

Buying, Paying and Delivery Across the UAE

A box of IQOS TEREA Silver Tajikistan is AED 120 at TEREA 365, and that price covers all 200 sticks. Delivery is AED 25, and free once the order reaches AED 350, so three boxes clears the threshold. Add it to the cart on this page, or message the WhatsApp number if you would rather talk it through first.

Payment happens at the door, never online. The rider takes cash, card or bank transfer, and card payments carry 5% government VAT on top. Nothing is charged when you place the order, so what you are confirming is stock and a delivery slot rather than paying in advance for either.

Dubai and Sharjah orders usually arrive the same day, and the rest of the UAE the next working day. See the full delivery policy. Sales are strictly 18+ and the rider checks your Emirates ID at handover. These sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive, and they are sold to adults who already smoke. TEREA 365 is an independent UAE retailer, not affiliated with or endorsed by IQOS, TEREA or Philip Morris International.

Frequently asked questions

Is TEREA Silver menthol?
No. Silver has no menthol and no cooling sensation at all; it is a plain, dry tobacco stick. The confusion usually comes from the silver-grey pack, which resembles menthol packaging in other cigarette ranges. If cooling is what you are after, Turquoise is the straight mint in the Tajik range and Purple Wave puts dark berry behind the menthol.
What does the printing on the Tajik carton say?
It is regulatory text rather than product description: the health warning, the duty and tax marks, and the importer line required in the market the box was made for. We do not print a translation here, because we will not put wording on a page that we have not read off the carton in hand. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is on your box. The TEREA name, the flavour name and the silver-grey colour coding are the same as on any other market's carton.
Does Tajik-market Silver taste different from the Kazakh or Uzbek box?
Customers who have used more than one origin do report small differences, usually in how dry the finish reads, and we pass that on rather than pretending every carton is identical. What we will not tell you is that it is a different blend, because we cannot stand behind that. Stick format and ILUMA compatibility are the same across origins. If you have settled on one, tell us before you order and we will confirm what is on the shelf that day instead of substituting.
How do I tell Tajik-market stock from another market's box at the door?
Look at the outer carton before you pay. The market a box was made for shows in the regulatory printing on the outside, the warning block and the duty and importer lines, while the TEREA branding, the flavour name and the silver-grey colour coding stay the same across markets. Our listing says Tajikistan, so that is what should be in the rider's hand. Payment is taken at the door, so if the carton is from a market you did not order, decline it there and then.
What should I do if a box arrives with slack wrap or soft packs?
Do not accept it. Slack outer wrap and packs that give under light pressure usually mean the box has sat somewhere hot on the way here, and heat-dried sticks draw short and papery. Silver shows it before the fuller flavours do, because a mild stick has the least body to lose. Nothing is charged until the rider hands the box over, so refusing it at the door costs you nothing and we will replace it.
How do you use TEREA sticks?
Charge the ILUMA before the first session, then slide the stick in filter end out until it sits flush. The device starts heating on its own and signals with a vibration when it is ready; draw at a normal, steady pace, and it signals again and closes the session by itself. Pull the stick out and bin it. There is no blade and no cleaning tool. Only TEREA sticks work in an ILUMA. A HEETS stick will slide in, but it has no metal element inside, so the device will not heat it.
Can you smoke TEREA without IQOS?
No. A TEREA stick is not a cigarette and is not meant to be lit. It works by having a metal element inside the stick heated by induction, and only an IQOS ILUMA or ILUMA i device does that. Without one of those devices the stick does nothing at all. Older blade-based IQOS models will not work either.
Which flavour of TEREA is best?
There is no single best one; it depends on what you smoked before. Ex-light-cigarette smokers usually land on Silver or Yellow. People coming off full-flavour cigarettes tend to prefer Amber. Menthol smokers go to Turquoise for a straight mint, or Purple Wave for dark berry behind the cooling. Most regular customers end up rotating two flavours rather than committing to one.
Can I smoke a TEREA twice?
One stick is one session, so no. Once the device has ended that session the tobacco is spent, and reloading the same stick gives a burnt, unpleasant draw rather than a second round. Take it out, discard it, and load a fresh one. A box of 200 is priced on the basis of single use.
